Come and tell your story. Wanted: quirky, interesting, funny or deep and meaningful island stories. Why were you drawn to island living? What was your previous life/career?
Stories about funny things that have happened on the island. Water taxi stories. The Island Stories team want to hear from island residents of all ages. All stories to be put into a book which will be a fabulous record of island life.
The team of typists will be ready to record your stories as you tell them. Once collated and edited, the published collection will hopefully be available to purchase as a fundraiser for the Macleay Island Inspirational Writer's Group.
Whilst telling your Island Story, Meg from Captura would love to "capture" your portrait which will be available for purchase.
