Food Stallholder Applicants: APPLY HERE

  • Successful applicants will be notified within 5 days of applying.
  • Late applications will be accepted and wait listed.
  • All applicants are required to comply with COVID Safe guidelines
  • Our event will be operating under a government approved COVID Safe Event Plan(if applicable)
  • Saturday Bump In: 14.00
  • Sunday Bump in:   5.30am – 8.00am (all vehicles must be offsite prior to 8.00am)
  • Sunday Bump out: 4.00pm (no vehicles allowed into event site prior to 4.00pm)

Please make sure you have all supporting documents ready before filling out your application.

Applications through this site are our preferred way for you to apply. If you are unable to submit electronically, you may call the Stallholders Coordinator on 0411447732 to complete an application over the phone.

All applications must be submitted by 17/09/2022. Cancellations accepted up until 17/09/2022 – after this date, your application fee will be accepted as a donation and will not be refundable due to our inability to ‘re sell’ your site.
