Food Stall application

Applications close: COB August 26th 2022
- Successful applicants will be notified within 2 weeks of applying.
- Late applications will be accepted and wait listed.
- All applicants are required to comply with COVID Safe guidelines
- Our event will be operating under a government approved COVID Safe Event Plan
- Saturday Bump In: 14.00
- Sunday Bump in: 6.00am – 8.00am (all vehicles must be offsite prior to 8.00am)
- Sunday Bump out: 4.15pm (no vehicles allowed into road closure areas prior to 4.00pm)
- We will require some food stalls to remain open until later in the evening, if you are interested in staying later, please discuss with the Food Stall Coordinator.
As a food operator serving or selling food and refreshments, you will need to obtain a Temporary Food Business Licence from Redland City Council. Food businesses can apply for a licence by completing the Temporary Food Business Licence Form and submitting it to Council at least four weeks before the event. The Guide for the design and operation of a temporary food premises (stall) is an example of best practice set up for a temporary food stall.
Applications through this site are our preferred way for you to apply. If you are unable to submit electronically, you may call the Food Stall Coordinators on XXXXX or XXXXXX to complete an application over the phone.
All applications will be reviewed before approval. Once approved, a member of the team will be in touch with the payment details.
All applications must be submitted by 26/8/22. Cancellations accepted up until 9/09/2022 – after this date, your application fee will be accepted as a donation and will not be refundable due to our inability to ‘re sell’ your site.
